Powered by a breakthrough 0-8 anchoring technology, Perform 3G reinvents the way pre-emergent herbicides work: through a dual mechanism, Perform 3G terminates the germination process of weed seeds in the top 0-8 cm of soil space and prevents the emergence of weed seedlings at the soil surface.

Unlike all other pre-emergent herbicides that form an herbicide barrier on the soil surface to prevent weed emergence, Perform 3G not only positions its active ingredients (AIs) on the soil surface, but anchors them within the top 0-8 cm of the soil. In this way, Perform 3G controls most weeds before they even have a chance to surface, as well as eradicating any that do.

Our 0-8 anchoring technology prevents herbicide leaching, thereby ensuring no loss of AIs, longer soil residual activity, and no underground water contamination.

As Perform 3G's active ingredients are distributed over an increased soil space, rather than heavily concentrated just on the soil surface, there is significantly improved turf safety.

The dual mechanism terminates the germination process of weed seeds in the top 0-8 cm of soil space and prevents the emergence of weed seedlings at the soil surface via multiple modes of action.

​Perform 3G requires a 2-step application: (1) apply 08-Anchoring; (2) after ~30 days, apply Perform 3G to the same areas pretreated with 08-Anchoring.​

​

Example (10,000 m² or 1 hectare treatment):

  1. Dissolve 08-Anchoring granules in 500-1000 liters of water in a spraying-machine solution tank. Apply to 10,000 m² area. (The amount of water depends upon the spray equipment specifications.)

  2. Approximately 30 days after the 08-Anchoring application, dissolve Perform 3G granules in 500-1000 liters of water in a spraying-machine solution tank. Apply to the same 10,000 m² area previously treated with 08-Anchoring.

Notes:

  • The Perform 3G treatment includes both 0-8 anchoring and Perform 3G products.

  • 08-Anchoring or Perform 3G can be applied whether it’s sunny, rainy, or cloudy. 

  • Irrigating the turf after the 08-Anchoring or Perform 3G application is optional.
